"Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. "While the property itself is beautiful, our overall experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard we expected. From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple issues that were handled poorly by management and staff. Our initial room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortable and unusable. We were initially told the hotel was fully booked, yet we were eventually moved to another room after considerable discussion. This was particularly frustrating given that we had even offered to pay for an upgraded room. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the way my wife was treated. When she respectfully raised concerns regarding several issues we experienced, members of the staff responded dismissively and, at times, appeared to laugh at her concerns rather than address them professionally. No guest should ever be made to feel ignored or ridiculed when raising legitimate issues. To make matters worse, hotel staff damaged my wife’s luggage during our stay. Management acknowledged the issue and repeatedly assured us that they would resolve it and make things right. However, after we checked out, those assurances turned into delays, excuses, and ultimately a complete lack of communication. Despite multiple commitments to address the matter, management stopped responding altogether. We booked this property expecting a memorable and exceptional experience for a special occasion. Unfortunately, it was terrible and staff underwhelming."

"Super emplacement! Très beau et charmant!! Bien situé, facilement accessible en voiture et près des stationnements du village de San Gimignano! Le personnel de l'hôtel nous ont fait de bonnes recommandations et nous ont même donné en temps réel le nombre de places de stationnement au village!! Confortable et chaleureux! Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent aussi! Belle piscine et environnement incroyable pour le déjeuner également! Bref, nous avons eu un bon moment de détente. Nous recommandons fortement!!"

"The most beautiful views!! 360 degrees to the Tuscany hills. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast with delicious bread facing the valley and town. It is the most relaxing place you will find around. Did not get into the pool as the weather was playing tricks on, but the place is so wonderful that you don’t even need the pool. Awesome place"

"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."
