"Fantastic staff! Great location for walking throughout Waikiki and driving to further destinations on the island. Public transport was great, too! Room was small but clean, and housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. The information desk was very helpful, too. Breakfast had decent variety - one tiny suggestion would be to add another fruit option besides bananas and oranges. I grabbed an apple one day, but that was it. Our only real complaint about the hotel was that the hot tub wasn't hot, but hopefully that will be fixed soon. Otherwise we loved our stay!"
