"An overnight stay at a great rate of around £70. We didn't use any facilities so can't comment on those. We asked for a room with a view, which the hotel provided. A large, modern bedroom and bathroom which was immaculatey clean. Parking was 12 pound overnight / 24 hours, with hotel discount which was very good. Very friendly staff. We would definitely stay again. "

"Woke up surrounded by bedbugs, luckily I hadn’t unpacked yet, I took photos and video and physically brought one of the bugs to the front desk in a tissue. Asked for a full refund and to leave immediately as I’m terribly allergic and wasn’t willing to take chances unpacking in another room. Full refund was denied, even though I was in need of finding an immediate last minute hotel replacement. Missed my tours for the day. Desk denied the presence of bugs OF COURSE — They then threatened to fine/sue me if I published this honest review with photographic evidence. Absolutely horrifying, ruined my trip. "

"The pool area was great. The room was great. Food was great. The staff when we went got dinner in the evening were the let down. There was a guy with longish hair who basically accused us of trying to steal beans as part of a kids meal. Thankfully another guy came over and sorted it out, he knew there was actually a problem with the app which wasn’t our fault. The first guy was rude and unhelpful. The deserts also took a long time to come out and we had to prompt multiple times for them before they arrived. Breakfast however was fab, staff there were fab! Bar staff were great it was just the one guy who wasn’t! Shame for him to let the rest of the team down! "
