"Beautiful hotel, amazing holiday "

"Nice hotel and staff were very good - especially on reception. Rooms were nice, but we did have an issue with air con on two nights. Food was OK. Not bad, but not great. We expected more from a remote hotel so we ended up going out in evenings. If you want to be in the area its a good hotel but not as nice as some of the others in Majorca at that price level."

"Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, friendly helpful staff. Beds are very hard but ask for a mattress topper. Also request a room on the upper floor if you like it very quiet. The pool area is lovely."

"This is a resort hotel with an excellent range of central facilities and activities. The whole operation is extremely well managed. All the staff are excellent, but particularly the waiting staff, who were amazing. The suites are large and well designed. The all-inclusive deal (early May) was excellent value for money. Meals were buffet style, with a wide range of excellent food and drink always available."

"Lovely hotel nice & central with free car parking a less than 5 mins walk away. Close to the beaches, marina & restaurants. Continental breakfast was good, not a huge choice but plenty for most people. Only niggle for us was we had the private terrace option which wasn't private at all & 3 times we found people using our beds on our "private" terrace right outside our doors, which was annoying. Not sure it was worth the extra as everyone else used it!"

"Beautiful property! Room was spacious and very clean. Pool area was amazing, enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Front desk staff was very helpful. My only suggestion would be to start breakfast earlier as although the buffet was ready beforehand, they were very strict about the 8am start (in my experience most hotel breakfasts start by 7am), which made it challenging to have time to eat before earlier morning activities or having to leave to drive to the airport. "Great stay - facilities were excellent and close to centra"

"Nestled away at the top of the island - this classic hotel has everything you could want. A number of restaurants spa pools tennis and access to beach. Gardens are a real plus - great to wander thru and down to pool spa or beach. Service was really good - in all departments - Rooms spacious nice views of bay - Classic hotel style to match "

"This is the second time we have stayed in this Hotel and again we where not disappointed. The Hotel is right on the square in Polensa , a great location to see what is happening particularly in the evening because of its proximity to all the resturants."
