Upon check in I asked the receptionist if breakfast was included in our stay and she said yes, during checkout we were told it wasn’t and that we had to pay extra for it. After checking in, we went to our room which was filled with flies, even few dead on the floor. I asked the receptionist if this could be sorted and they sent room cleaning...

"This is a unique hotel, perched on the hilltop of Montesano village. It has old charm and lots of character. Our room was spacious and with castle-themed furniture. We had a private terrace patio which was huge and offered a spectacular view across the area. The girl at the reception, Elsa, was very kind and informative. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a hidden gem. Parking at the property is free."

"Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und wir konnten spät in der Nacht einchecken (Nachtflug). Es gab wohl Missverständnis bei der Buchung. Ich habe für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht und es war aber nur ein Zimmer vorgewärmt. Das zweite war sehr kalt. Für eine Nacht war für uns ok. "
