"As soon as we arrived, there was a guy outside walking towards the hotel entrance and he guided us thru the check-in and showed us the underground parking and gave us all kinds of info on the area! I think he might have been in the management team. Our room was clean and well kept during our stay. Everyone here was really nice and helpful. The buffet at breakfast was extremely delicious and with everything available. I will definitely come back!"

"Very disappointing experience at this chalet. Even though it was very expensive, the amenities were not up to the mark at all. The bed sheets were dirty, and there was a bad smell throughout the room. Cleanliness and maintenance were really poor. We expected much better service and hygiene for the price we paid. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone."
