"This hotel is within the Banff National Park on the Bow River. There are mountains everywhere you look and a beautiful nature trail that takes you right into downtown Banff which is along the river. The hotel experience was wonderful in all ways - beautiful room, delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks, (we did the Gold experience which I would highly recommend) heated pools, restaurants, and morning yoga classes. The staff were exceptional also. We can’t wait to return!"

"Very disappointing experience at Rundle Chalets. The rooms were extremely small, and the staff was not helpful when we raised concerns. The BBQ facilities were in very poor condition. When we reported that our BBQ was not working, staff told us to pick parts from another cabin, assemble it ourselves, and use it only if it worked. This is not acceptable for a guest property. The washroom had a leak, and there was a spider inside the bathroom. There was no proper exhaust system in either the washroom or the kitchen. The kitchen range hood/exhaust fan was not working at all. Outside, the property had large areas of overgrown grass with little to no maintenance, making the place look neglected. Overall, the poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, and unhelpful staff completely ruined our stay. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others."
