"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Grand Polanco Residencial. The suite was clean, spacious, and a good value for the price, especially since it includes a kitchen. The bathroom is a bit small, and we would have appreciated having more than just two towels.
We were supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of wine, but it wasn't in the room when we checked in, so we had to request it. We also found a cricket inside, although we believe it probably came in when we opened the balcony door.
One convenience is the OXXO directly across the street, where you can easily pick up water and other essentials. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee station in the lobby, which offers pastries, yogurt, and cereal in the mornings. While breakfast isn't officially included with the room, this was a nice touch.
Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor areas for improvement. We'd recommend it for anyone looking for a well-priced suite in Polanco."
