"The flat was right in the centre near to all the shops and restaurants and for the city centre on a relatively quiet street. The flat needs a renovation and a good clean. It was quite tired and looks a bit shabby in places."

We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! "Booked as a last minute stop before early flight next morning but would definitely book again if ever returning to Alicante. Check in was done via WhatsApp as we arrived after 4pm but once contacted they replied promptly and sorted everything within minutes. Room was clean and presentable. Bed was super comfy. Shower was great. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Reception clean and tidy. Couldn’t complain about a thing. We had just come from a ‘4 star Hotel’ elsewhere and this spot put it to shame....
