"Great location, very clean and excellent helpful staff, Aurelia who was at Reception when we arrived was so helpful with advice about shops, restaurants and the town of Niort itself…a perfect welcoming"
"We stayed for 5 nights in a 2 room suite which provided a seperate bedroom and a sitting room with 2 single beds. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was quite modern. The hotel lobby is great. It is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, there's a large central bar, and because of the chilly weather in mid October there was a wonderful wood fire buring most of the time. The hotel has a small heated pool which got lots of use from several families, and a sauna and spa. We didn't avail ourselves of the 25 euro breakfast as we prefered a coffee and croissant and there are lots of bar/coffee shops nearby. The hotel is an easy walk down to the harbour where there are more restaurants and bars than you can count."
"Friendly check in, but chap had to keep running out to stop folk/clients parking in the delivery area, including me. Large clean room for three adults, with great ensuite. Hotel right next door to a McD's, which could be handy, did have the police cruise through their car park around 8pm as we arrived, but no issues. Only issue we had was parking, car park full, there was free street parking outside hotel complex, but I managed to squeeze my car into their car park, prefer this than street parking when all luggage left in car. I feel there were quite a few trade vehicles (vans) filling the car park, as fair bit of building going on around the area. Would stay again as good location, many shops & restaurants not too fat away, so if you need a bit of shopping too, good location. Quiet at night, so good sleep."
"Everything was good, nothing bad to mention. Not too easy to find the lobby though but we found out
Staff very helpful. Hotel.com obliges to leave more words than I want. I will stop giving feedback . Bad design"
"The room was a standout. Exceptionally comfortable bed - lots of soft padding on a firm mattress. The lighting in the room was terrific unlike most hotels. The bathroom was beautiful. Long, wide, and deep bathtub with safety handles on the side. A luxurious bathing experience. A towel dryer/warmer that was easy to operate with a simple on/off button. The climate control was excellent , and the room had two windows which could be opened for fresh air. The street was exceptionally quiet. The breakfast was solid and good."
