"Clean and spacious room. Good location. For anyone driving, note that the garage spaces are for small cars only."

"Friendly staff. Room was quiet despite several building projects nearby at the time of our stay. Room was clean and facilities good. Safe parking. About a 20 min walk to the harbourside where there are lots of places to eat. We didn't stay for breakfast as had to leave early in the morning. Used the hotel as a overnight stop on the way to Caen from Bordeaux to break up the long drive."

"Excellent location , next to lovely park & 5 mns walk to city . Lovely comfortable beds and luxury feel bedlinen. Staff very helpful. Spa a lovely treat , gorgeous massage with therapist Daisy. Great value for quality accommodation."

"The hotel was excellent and exactly as advertised. The staff were all cheerful and Lily in the breakfast room and my wife hit it off especially. The walk to and from the Vieux Port isn’t onerous if you are fit and the location close to the station is really convenient."

"Bedroom layout. Including a sofa meant bed was too close to bathroom doors. Having a separate toilet, means you have to walk round to wash hands. Bath very slippery. Access & egress could be dangerous for the less agile. No continental breakfast is worth 19Euro. On the positive, the room had a coffee machine and kettle. Parking is excellent and the hotel location spot on. Reception staff are very friendly but restaurant staff either don't like the English or are over worked."
