"After finding out that the hotel is not 3 miles (as announced) but 45 minutes away from Redondela we arrived at 5:00 PM and we whatsapp the number on the window. The woman was rude saying that she called us which is not true, I have an international number and there were no instructions in the hotel-com web page. She said that she shouldn't be waiting for us. "I only say it was inconvenient because I was using the train. And it was across town. Still there aren’t hotels like this anymore with monogram, bath towels, and old style sink showers toilets bidets. Wonderful buffet breakfast. A blast of the past."
