Racist and unwelcoming

"My husband and 2 other couples joined me at this condo for my last night in Mauritius . We had a Bq and played music at a reasonable volume until 10:30pm no where in the rules did it say music was not allowed in the morning my husband who is black was yelled at by the downstairs neighbor who called ..."
