"The location is outstanding. The grounds are showing some signs of wear and the rooms are feeling a bit dated. Although several patio tables were open we had to wait for about half an hour as there were not enough servers to staff them and this is the only dining option within walking distance. On our one night stay there was a power failure causing the temperature control to stop functioning and then when restarting middle of the night it was impossible to turn off the unbearably noisy fan which was so loud it could be heard from outside the room in the corridor. Could be great but it wasn’t."
