"This property was rated excellent. No way! Smelled of must and mildew throughout the entire building and even outside. We stayed here so we could relax in a jacuzzi and the pool and our confirmation said we had that available, yet we get there and learn that the pool and jacuzzi are under construction and unavailable. The so-called breakfast was very limited pretty much just bails or toast. So we paid a higher amount than other places in the area and didn't get anything we stayed there for. And again, the room the hallway and all around the outside stank and was very dank. I'll never stay there again.

"We had a reservation at a different hotel. After going in the room and finding no toiletries and roaches we looked on the hotels app for someplace else. This place came up we were very happy with this one.very clean and friendly staff.

"We had booked for 4 nights, we had requested a room with a marina view. We were given a 2nd Floor room FACING A WALL. We requested a different room and were told "All rooms face a wall" and no other rooms were available. The thermostat in our room was not working and the air conditioner was very noisy. The dining room was very small and hav a very limited menu and the bartender served as the waiter and server. We checked out a day early and will not return to any Sheraton."
"The location is everything! So amazing!
The common areas are clean.
Rooms were clean, slightly dated.
The staff was fantastic.
We were on the second floor and had a heavy footed person above us. They were up at 3-7am doing what only sounded like loud pacing and we heard every foot step. That was the only downside.
Outside of this we really enjoyed our stay. "
