"The balcony smelled like urine before we even got to the room. The room itself was filthy, the carpet and furniture were stained,ripped and had burn holes. We didn't even bring our bags in. Still trying to getour money back from the hotel or Expedia."

"The staff was amazingly helpful and plentiful! Both bars, at the pool and the main bar were well staffed and easily accessed. Dining options, somewhat limited, but many good restaurants nearby!"

"It’s terrible—there is no direct communication with the owner, and when you finally do get through, they tell you they are sorry, that there are no rooms left, and that I’ve lost the reservation I made two months in advance."

"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."
