One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. If one is going to stay here make sure to rent a 4x4...

2. Agi Traditional

"Our stay at AGI Traditional was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, our holiday got off to a difficult start after we were scammed by a taxi driver shortly after arriving in Romania. The owners were incredibly kind and supportive, helping us understand what had happened and even arranging safe transport back to the airport. Their care and generosity went far beyond what we would ever expect from accommodation owners. The property itself is simply stunning. The amount of work, creativity and...

Top Poiana Mărului Hotel Reviews

Casa Cranta Hotel

8/10 Good

"Room was clean and comfortable. There isn't an elevator so not best suited for those with mobility issues. Free parking on-site."

Schuster Boarding House

10/10 Excellent

"The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We appreciated the included amenities of both a tea kettle and a coffee maker. The breakfast was excellent: the breakfast staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu varied daily with delicious hot and cold selections. I especially loved the gorgeous green mixed salads of spinach and arugula! We stayed only 4 nights and it went by too fast. I want to thank the lovely staff for a memorable stay!"
