장점 : 신축이라 매우 깨끗한 객실. 포항 중앙상가를 다녀오기에 편리한 위치. 근처에 영화관. 단점 : 층간소음. 코인세탁기없음.

신설 숙소라 감안해도 부족한 사항이 많음. 패밀리룸(침대2, 소파, 욕실 및 화장실 1) 3박에 할인받고도 70만원 초과. 시설과 서비스에 비해 많이 비쌈. 1. (새집증후군) 페인트 등 냄새로 머리가 아픈 수준 / 객실 준비하면서 환기 제대로 안한 것 같았음. 직원에게 문제제기 했으나 새 호텔이라 불가피하다는 답변. 하다못해 탈취제 필요하냐고 묻지도 않음. 어쩔수 없이, 창문 계속 열어둔채 에어컨 켜두고 투숙함. 2. (가장 쇼킹한 욕실문) 패밀리룸내 욕실과 화장실이 모두 투명문임. 밖에서 훤히 다 보임. 패밀리룸에 가족만 투숙하나요? 그리고 가족끼리도 사생활은 있고 보여주기도 보기도 싫은 모습은 있음. 업소측은 그저 컨셉이라고 답변 ㅜㅜ 정말 당황스러웠지만, 체크인한 상황에서 다른 옵션이 없었음. 안내라도 사전에 하던지...제일 놀란 포인트. 3. (직원 숙련도) 대부분 어린 사회 초년생 티가 나고, 호텔이건 모텔이건 숙박 서비스 업무에 미숙한게 눈에 보였으나, 그래도 청년들이라 감내함. 숙련도와는 별개로 친절히 대하려고 무지하게 노력하는 모습이 보여 참았음. 그러나, 객실 청소는 너무해도 너무함. 청소기 돌려달랬더니 진짜 대충 한번 밀고 나감. 내부 집기나 욕실 닦지도 씻지도 않음. 노어이. 뭐 하나 갖다 달라고 요청하면 아예 안갖다 주거나 하~안참 걸림. 막판엔 포기하고 부탁도 안했음. 4. (조식) 9시면 끝나서 못먹음. 너무 4~5성급 호텔만 생각했는지, 너무 빨리 닫는다 생각됨. 쉬러 오면 보통 늦잠 자지 않나요? 5. (주변 인프라) 포항이 소도시라 택시 등 이용하면 원하는 물품이나 식사 등 짧은 시간안에 해결 가능하지만, 인근 마트는 폐쇄되었고, 인근 식당 정말 맛없었음. 놀만한 데도 당연 없음. 메가 커피는 700m 쯤 거리에 위치. 스벅은 인근에 없음. 후기 잘 안남기는데, 이번엔 분노 지점이 많아 남기니, 사장님 숙소 업그레이드에 참고하시길... 사적 이해나 감정 없습니다.

오랜만에 방문한 포항 호텔 가격도 놀라고 그 수준도 놀라고 크고 깨끗하고 마치 방콕의 좋은 호텔 처럼 너무나 좋았다. 다만 아침은 나쁘지는 않지만 좋지도 않았다.
