"We stayed at Cà Rossa for a week. For my wife and I, Cá Rossa was the perfect resort and Claudia and Isaac the best host couple imaginable. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. "All the photos on Expedia look super modern yet our room looked like the 1960's. Staff very rude and did not speak very much english until we got upset then it was perfect. On the website they talk about a hottub and sauna yet it was an extra charge. We stayed 1 night of a 4 night stay then we decided to leave knowing we would not get a refund. In our 16 days in Italy for the Olympics this was the only bad place we stayed."

"Overall, everything was really nice I think the hotel is pretty new hotel and everything seems to be all working properly. I would just put a little minus point for the TV not being connected to TV where you can AirPlay from your devices so the choice is quite limited. Breakfast was nice & included and staff as well was great and looked after us - fresh cakes, yogurt, cereals, hot options. "
