"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. "Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"

"I don’t understand why but as a platinum member I never get upgrade. After I asked for it the hotel staff shoes me my reservation from Expedia where it wasn’t even mentioned I think you have to remove this benefit cause it’s never available!!! Super small room , cheap furniture, very low bad and dated mattress.and on top that cold bathroom. I turned on the water heater but it doesn’t work . Poor breakfast. It’s far from the beach you would need a car to go around "
