"Property was as described, no complimentary coffee pods included with the coffee machine. So had to go the shop to buy some. Overall was a very good stay although a check in time of 3pm is quite late especially with a 10am check out time. Overall a pleasant stay"

"Hotel was lovely, clean, modern, nice bar, lovely breakfast. Not super close to the centre of you want to walk but taxis are cheap and regular and I believe there is a tram close by. We jad move weather so didn't mind the walk whe going out opting for a taxi home."

"A brilliant hotel, and I'd love to go back but if not for the beds. I really want to give it 5 stars but the mattress was uncomfortable to the extent that 2 days later I'm still feeling the effects of 3 nights on it. It seemed to be spring only, with no obvious topper. Upgrade the mattress, and we'd definitely stay again if we ever return to Prague."

The staff is so warm and accommodating and the rooms are just magnificent. You feel like you are some place special. High highly recommend it. "

"Just had a 4 day stay at this hotel and found it excellent. Easy to find from the Metro station and centrally located in Prague it was an ideal base to explore the city. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff were very attentive throughout the hotel. The room was rather dated but large and with all the facilities you need and was excellent value for money. I'd certainly recommend this hotel if your visiting Prague."

"Good location, room cleaned daily though on the last day only 1 bath towel was left instead of two. Breakfast was good but as the breakfast room was quite small we had to go around the corner to a different, even smaller room and there wasn't as much choice."
