There were 4 of us, and they couldn't replace them until the next day, and even then they didn't leave towels. They said there had been a mistake in the booking; I think they gave us the wrong apartment, it was too small for 4 people. Super cramped. They didn't leave garbage bags or cleaning supplies; we spent 5 days in a small and dirty...
