"We arrived quite late, after walking along the beach to enjoy a beautiful sunset. By the time we reached the hotel, it was dark, and we quickly checked into a room.
On the way up, we agreed that reception staff are incredibly important in shaping a guestās experience. Unfortunately, the man at the front desk was dry and unwelcoming, and his energy left us uneasyāeven as we climbed a gorgeous staircase surrounded by fine furnishings and paintings.

"Ein sehr schƶnes Hotel, wo auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Beim Essen war es leider vƶllig Ć¼berlaufen, man musste Ć¼berall anstehen und warten, egal welche Uhrzeit man kam. Dadurch war es im Speiseraum sehr ungemĆ¼tlich. An der Bar wurde man leider an den Tischen nicht bedient, sondern musste sich die GetrƤnke selbst holen und an einem Abend war es mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit verbunden. Im Wellnessbereich standen leider viel zu wenig liegen zum Ruhen, obwohl genug Platz zur VerfĆ¼gung steht.

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schƶn und wir kƶnnen sie gerne weiterempfehlen. Die Lage in Ustka ist sehr zentral. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu FuĆ am Strand oder auch am Hafen. Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Minuspunkte (keines davon ein KO-Kriterium):
1) es ist relativ wenig Geschirr vorhanden, so dass man nach 1..2 Malzeiten die SpĆ¼lmaschine halbvoll laufen lassen muss.
2) wir erhielten nur einen Satz SchlĆ¼ssel+Zugangskarte, so dass man sich immer absprechen muss,...
