"There wasen’t any hot water when we arrived in the evening. The staff told us it was because they were fully booked and the hot water has been used. We have never experienced this before at any place and the spa that we had also smelled really bad when we tried to use it. They didn’t compensate in any way. Can’t recomend the place, are not comming back. "

"The room was fresh and modern, with fridge & microwave. The bathroom was quite nice, though a bit cramped. The free WiFi was problem free. There is a tram stop down the street, as well as a friendly and excellent bakery and a tiny bare bones restaurant with four meal selections (good, simple food though!). This is a blue collar neighborhood, no flashy corporate businesses. Hotel staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay there again, as long as it is when temps are mild, as...

"Comfortable stay, reception staff helpful. Not central and a 20 minute walk to Charles bridge, which is draining in the heat. However, get yourself tram tickets, day ticket needs validating on the tram first time and last 24 hrs. Trams excellent way to get about and run very frequently. "I arrived in Prague early in the evening. Even though it was like 5:30, it was dark. Upon arriving to the hotel, I walked down the gang plank (if you will), walked in, and a very nice person who spoke English helped me. Unfortunately, none of my credit cards worked with her machine, though in fairness, I did not tell my banks that I was going to the Czech Republic for the weekend..
