"Really nice place to stay and enjoy multiple activities: waterparks, zipline, tubing, golf and many others. Clean rooms and nice staff! It was really tough to find parking. We had good relaxing time and will come back for winter skiing!"

"Fueron unas vacaciones familiares, la casa grande con casi todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar varios dias, como sugerencia agregar mas utensilios para cocinar digase calderos u ollas y cucharones, si es una reservacion grande poner toallas suficientes, tambien una de las habitaciones no tenia cortina y el sol daba en la cara tener eso pendiente. Despues todo estaba bien, el lugar es amplio con varias piscinas, y los empleados amables."

"The property is very awesome but it got very pricey including paying for parking for the number of days of the stay. Was a $25.00 charge per day just to park and parking was first come not by room number . Staff was very helpful."

"The property is beautiful and our room was lovely. However there was a huge line for the valet which was the way to check in. There were no bellmen or luggage racks around and of course our room was one of the furthest away. Checkin was friendly but I had to ask for water and coffee coupons which had just been offered to the guests in front of us. The Casino had a wide variety of games and price points so if that’s what you’re going for you should enjoy it. We ate at the Asian restaurant and while service was fast it wasn’t friendly and the food was ok, not great but not bad. The pool area was a highlight."

"Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything felt well-maintained and honestly gave me the feeling of staying at a 5-star hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was one of my favorite parts—they were incredibly nice, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everyone made us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel was also quiet, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. You can really tell that they care about their guests and pay attention to the little details.
