"The air quality is not good, through the light in the rooms you can see the dust and lint floating. They also turn off the A/C during the night"

"the room we were in had no blankets for the beds just a double sheet. rooms would be nicer with microwave in them. parking fee for every car at $25 is crazy with the money already paying to stay/play there. the prices of food is pretty high and the buffalo chicken pizza we got was disgusting and couldn't eat it and waiting for pizza for 45 minutes is crazy. we didn't attempt eat there again"

"Excellent hotel for quick getaway out of the city if you want to explore Poconos nature. The hotel is very modern and has heated pool all year around which is a nice touch. They have cute restaurant available for breakfast and dinner. Overall highly recommend."

"We drove 4 hours and upon check in they informed us the water park was NOT included in stay. The room was filthy ( bathtub had hairs in it, toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets were stained). Our room key was assigned to other guests whom walked into our room while we were still inside. Every guest we encountered told us to not waste money on the water park- it’s filthy and water heaters are always broken. We decided to leave 4 hours after arriving, to drive back home another 4 hours. When we informed the front desk of our reasons for leaving and requesting refund, they told us we would have to email the manager because there was no one there to authorize a refund. After going back and forth for a while, my husband agreed to to allow them to charge one night ( we were supposed to be there for 2 nights), they agreed and put a refund request form in for the 2nd night. Although they charged us for one night we still decided to leave with our kids. It was absolutely a horrible experience, my 3 yr old and autistic 13 yr old were devastated and tired. My 3 yr old celebrated his birthday in the car since he couldn’t have his celebration at the resort as we planned. We will NEVER recommend them to anyone. "

"cleanilness of the room was really bad. Was not happy with the stay at all. loud noises at night and rooms are not sound proof and we could hear ppl screaming at 2/3 AM in the morning. Terrible experience. "

"Parking lot very clean with ample parking spaces. Property is very old and run down. Hallway carpeting smells musty and of old cigarettes. Good size bathroom, very clean. Appropriate toiletries provided. Bathroom towels very thin and low quality. Beds and pillows very lumpy. Breakfast layout is pathetic. On a positive note, staff members from all shifts were extremely pleasant. Per front desk staff, hotel does not have an elevator, so we stayed on the first floor. Owners need to invest more in the property upkeep and maintenance, if they want repeat customers."
