"The hotel is at the edge of the scenic Telc square. Our room nr. 10 was on the top floor. A window could not be opened, out of the two. In the bathroom, had no drain on the floor, so the water of the shower could only remain on the floor. It was slippery for a few hours. We paid 160 Euros for one night, which is wasn't definitevly overprised. It is definitely overprised."

"I ordered a "Superior Double Room with Bathtub." Unfortunately, we arrived at 4 p.m., and there was apparently no room with a bathtub left. Also, the cleaning services should be replaced. The toilet was soiled by the previous occupant, even though a "sanitised" note was left on it. It was disgusting. Even though the hotel advertised free parking, the hotel car park was full. We had to use paid parking for 24 hours (100 CZK). No fridge in the room. Don't stay in room 116. You'll hear every single drunk using the stairs at 2 a.m. and every mum yelling at kids to be careful on the stairs on the way to breakfast. The breakfast was OK. There were plenty of options to pick from: fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs, etc. The restaurant's staff was extremely nice to us. "

"Nice place. Spacious rooms. There is no attendant but, was very easy to get keys. Bathroom was overly warm and we could not adjust this. Far away from other city things so, nice and quiet "

"Location in the center of this wonderful and underrated southern Bohemian gem. Onsight secure parking in the garage. Probably th ebest choice in town. Reasonable priced. Restuarant is OK. Property generally well maintained but will be needing some updating. Again a good value for the price"

"The hotel is in a pretty good location near by the main square, has a good parking lot, the property is remodeled and modern but unfortunately my husband and I were not able to get a good night sleep all 4 nights because the bed is extremely hard! Very uncomfortable 😣 and the pillows were super flat. There is NO AC, so we felt warm and stuffy in the room the entire time even with the window open. I felt like the hotel had potential but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again because I couldn’t get any rest. "
