Lovely, quaint old building. Excellent location. Room was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the mineral baths. Staff were helpful and courteous. Nice breakfast provided - the only place in town that provides this. The only missing amenity I would have liked to have was a hair dryer. We had a lovely stay.

Diane (I think that’s her name) is so friendly and fun at check in - she’s amazing and makes sure to explain ALL the things! The soaking tubs are amazing. The staff is all friendly. You can easily walk to the Lava Hot springs pools and there are some great dining options close The hotel itself is older but very well kept and a perfect getaway from the busy city life 💕

Room was cold and loud heater in bathroom ! Breakfast was mostly pastries . Coffee was so strong ! We went downstairs around9 pm for box of Kleenex and how to turn heater on he had a hoodie on over his head and was asleep or passed out ! We did not bother him we grabbed a box of Kleenex and went back to the room . We did have good food downstairs and our wait was the best part of the entire experience! There was another waiter that was loud and using the f bomb at every table!!

Our stay at the Riverside Inn was everything we hoped it would be. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and always available. Our room was spotless and had a brand new comfortable bed. I would stay here again!
