"It was nice to have a bistro and bar on the premises, The prepared food was very good and reasonably priced, but the water with our meal had an off taste. We informed the staff who said that management was "aware" of the problem. There was not a complimentary breakfast. We did find the room refrigerator was a bit small and had no freezer, nor was there an ice machine in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and provided us with ice from the bistro. It was nice to have a Starbucks in the bistro. The hotel was very nice, clean, with a beautiful view and a helpful staff."

"This hotel was suggest by a co-worker who is a Pocatello native and knows the best of everything in town. I stayed twice in two weeks for work travel and would absolutely stay again. The property is conveniently located, updated, and super clean. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had to print something during my stay and called ahead to ask about the printing capabilities. The attendant checked the printer and followed up with another staff member for more information, all of which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast offered a variety of hot/cooked options well beyond the standard fare. I was so glad to return for my second stay after a late flight and drive from Idaho Falls. Knowing that I would have a comfortable stay was reassuring at the end of a long travel day. Thank you and look forward to returning!"

"Staff was great!! We were in a room for dogs and the carpet was pretty dirty (we had our dog with us). The bathroom was clean. Appears management is doing repairs that may have been past due. Breakfast was more than expected with egg patties and waffles along with the usual cereal, yougurt and muffins."

"The room had a dirty floor, and the tables were clearly not wiped off. So it was not as clean as it should have been. Not just in the room, but throughout the entire hotel. Staff was friendly and informative. Hot tub was completely unavailable, though it looked functioning. They did not have a reason for why the pool and hot tub was closed."
