"This location is a bit out of the way but Royal William Dockyards is a great location on its own. The apartment itself was wonderful. Everything you might need plus a lot of extras. You are getting great value because it’s a bus or uber away from city centre. But the the wonderful views make it special. We loved our stay, and where would you get a two bedroom for such a price? Check in managers were very friendly and helpful. Check in could be a problem because it is tiny and not always staffed. You only get the check in instructions and location if you accept the check in requirements which include a scan of ID. But probably you could fake this. Overall a great place with just a few minor problems."

"I was charged twice. First by Hotels.com and then again at checkin at the hotel. Had to get a refund from hotel. Caused me some stress. Hotel were helpful and polite but system should be looked at please."
