"Everything is great, very clean, well maintained, worth spending a bit more to stay here than at a comparable cheaper brand hotel. The only lame thing was that There is plenty of parking like a typical hotel lot but they make you pay $10/day to park, that seemed a bit ridiculous that just to stay at the hotel you need to pay to use their lot. I’ve never run into that at any other hotel."

"Great location with free parking. Centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere during our stay They allowed us to check in a little bit early due to a personal commitment. There was a problem with the key card reader for the room and the staff addressed the problem immediately. Everyone who worked there was very professional.. Best service we’ve ever receiived at a hotel!"

"We stay at Hampton Inn every time we go to Portsmouth and we love it. Clean, quiet, perfect spot downtown. The only complaint is breakfast wasn’t as good/fresh this time but usually is very good. Also please update the pillows!! Would def stay again despite the breakfast."
