"I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was nice and spacious, the staff were very kind and accommodating, and the location of the hotel was perfect for shopping and providing a nearby stay when visiting Salem."
"This hotel is amazing. Excellent location for all things Salem. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows . Air conditioner was noisy but it did cool well. Concierge service for transportation was excellent. Took us to the outer locations and then dropped us off later where we could walk back. Restaurant is nice. Everyone was very nice and helpful."
"We really enjoyed the history of the place and its charm
Very cozy. The restaurant was very good and convient as well
The bathrooms could use some TLC a d a remodel but otherwise a good place tostay"
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Boston - Peabody by IHG

"I am basing my review on price. This hotel is quite inexpensive and the property reflects it's age.
I don't have any real "con's" to share, other than to say, the property is a bit dated but it appears they may be in the midst of doing updates. It would be nice to have some updated TV's as we couldn't even watch a movie but that wasn't a big deal to us.
Everything worked as it should, and was clean.
The beds were comfortable and had spotless white bedding. The common areas were kept clean and the lobby was well stocked with snacks.
The kids enjoyed the pool every day that we were there. It was kept clean and stocked with towels.
Staff were very nice and couldn't have been more helpful with every request we made.
Best of all, the location was a quick 10-15 minute drive into Salem. This was well worth it at a fraction of the cost. Lots of restaurants to chose from within a couple minutes of the site.
Overall, it was a basic hotel and well priced. We were pleased with the location and accessibility. It was clean and served our needs of needing a place to sleep and shower."
"We had a great stay. We feel for the price we paid the property should have been better maintained. The toilets were very loud when you flushed and our room was beneath a event space and could hear loud banging from the furniture being moved around. But over all the balcony view of the beach and ocean was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was unbeatable."
