"Disappointed in what we got for the amount we paid. At first glance things seem great but the details are lacking. Parking was full when we checked in, had to circle several times and finally went in and asked before we were then told it was OK to move a cone blocking a space to park. Would have been nice to know up front. We also asked the front desk to address the noise in the room from the AC/hearing unit and they did not. It was off but still making loud noise like a white noise sound machine would. Other details also overlooked, like the bed frame sticking out pass the mattress, you hit your legs on it getting out of bed and the shampoo/body wash bottles that are fixed on the shower wall were put at the most narrow point instead of the back wall so we kept hitting elbows on it. The pool could use a cleaning. The highlight here is that it was clean and there was adequate hit water but if we come back to town we'll stay somewhere esle."

"Parking was easy and conventient, staff were all friendly and welcoming. Very centrally located, didn’t even need to pull the car out for most of the trip. Room and common areas were spotless, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of outlets, room coffee, and the mini fridge and microwave made this a seamless stay. Breakfast was delicious and filing with hot options and a great variety. The room was perfect with so much natural light and a view of old town hall! Stayed for work and would stay again, thanks for a relaxing and luxurious place to rest between all the hustle. "

"The staff checking in was wonderful. I get to the room, at first I am impressed. I pull out the trundle under the couch, the sheet has stains and cheerios. I pull it the rest of the way out to take the sheet off and there was cheerios and a couple snacks under it. I call the front desk, they come with a new sheet and blankets. Not once did I get an apology or would you like us to clean it. I pull the sheet off and the mattress is stained brown. Then I go to the bathroom look in the tub, that is dirty. I paid decent money for the room. I have gotten cleaner rooms for more than half the amount I paid. I got better service too. The breakfast in the morning was good. There was no oatmeal. I saw a lady and asked her "when you get a minute could you please get some more oatmeal? It is out". I get told well we have had 800 people here this morning for breakfast and the other girl is just sitting in the back. I stood there thinking how is this a me problem? I did not say anything but wow! I will not spend money to stay at a supposedly nice hotel to get all of these problems. I hope this was a bad day and this hotel is not usually like this. Not a good stay at all."

"I paid for a King Standard and got a queen size mattress (2 pillows across) width, had to pay a resort fee and the pool was not even open and there was no valet. What was the resort fee for? And there was construction very loud. The construction and closed pool should have been advertised. I won't go back"
