"My only regret is that we didn't plan a longer stay! This Chateau and the grounds are stunning. The resident manager, Pascale, was delightful, helpful and it was so pleasant to chat with her during our stay. She recommended a lovely restaurant in a nearby town and arranged reservations for us on a busy Friday night. Made to order breakfast, extensive honor bar with drinks and snacks, beautiful suite and common areas and very reasonable pricing; you can't go wrong with Chateau La Remetiere!"

"Very kind and friendly staff. We arrived an hour early. With luck, the room was ready and we were able to check in...never guaranteed but always appreciated. Parking was in the large, quiet free village car park lot right by the hotel...very easy. Hotel had a good central location, convenient for Mont Saint Michel. We didn't have the optional breakfast, so cant comment on that. Merci!"

"Bouceel Castle was a splurge stay for my wife and I but we only planned on staying 1 night in this area and it was well worth it. We were so impressed with our room, our view, the grounds, the decor... it was a shame we only booked one night. The highlight of course was learning about the history of the home and it's original owner. Very interesting and very sweet that he took the time to share it with us. What more can I say?
