"I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Let's start with Mae at the front desk. She was extremely accommodating and helpful with our check in and getting us ready for our adventure at Plitvice. Any questions I had, I could contact her directly and she would respond within a minute. Unbelievable. Melissa, one of the housekeeping workers was very friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had. Melissa's brother was the chef and could this man cook. He made a better "palaĉinka than my mom. Sorry mama. I cannot wait to come back. The surrounding area was like a step back in time to a more simpler lige. We loved it and thank you everyone!!"

"From the information we received after booking and throughout this was a great experience. Villa Verde is spotless, comfortable and convenient to Plitvice NP. On arrival we were given personal orientation to the park, To top it off the breakfast was wonderful. One of the best managed hotels I have ever stayed in!!"

"My husband and I loved our room (building 89, room 16)! It definitely exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was impressed by the little signs of care: cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, electric water heater with tea and coffee packets, a jug of fresh water on the table. The fridge is small, but you can keep your drinks, milk, etc. in it in case you want to have breakfast in the room. The daily housekeeping ensured that you had fresh, nice-smelling towels every day. Trash was emptied daily; the bed made, so the room seemed nice and orderly every time you came back from your walk/hike. In the bathroom, there were several hooks on the wall and the door to hang your clothes, which is an improvement compared to other places we had stayed at. There was plenty of hot water all the time with excellent water pressure. In general, plumbing was perfect. We never ran out of toilet paper either. The only thing you need to be careful about is the low beam above the toilet. You don’t want to hurt your head. In general, we had a very nice stay, and would definitely book a room at House Rustico next time we visit the area."

"Plitvica Lodge is located steps from the national part Plitvica lakes. You go on foot to the part entrance about 10 minutes. Getting there is by car, parking is free, drive cautiously, roads are very narrow. Lodge is in the Alpine lodges style, wooden houses, room was very comfortable and big. Restaurant served breakfast and dinner, Nice simple local food. God wines. We are happy with out stay."

"Building and room were modern, spotless, well equipped and comfortable in size. Check-in was friendly. Adjoining restaurant (owned and/or operated by the same family I believe) was outstanding and after eating there our first night, we returned there our second night. Only downside was the refrigerator in our room was a little noisy at night."
