"The location to the park was great. The restaurant was perfect and the room was pretty nice. For the cost however we only got maybe half of a hot shower before it turned frigid. There was a note next to the shower indicating they have a 80 liter hot water boiler- but we didn’t get three minutes of hot water in the shower. Use the bath house if you want a hot shower."

"Hotel Palcich exceeded every expectation and was one of the highlights of our trip. The entire property is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a sleek, modern, minimalistic aesthetic that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The rooms are incredibly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with so many little comforts that made our stay feel effortless. Every detail has clearly been considered. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The wellness area is the perfect bonus after a day exploring Plitvice. The pool, sauna, and hot tub are all immaculate and provide the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you’re visiting the Plitvice area, I can’t recommend Hotel Palcich enough. It’s chic, comfortable, peaceful, and offers exceptional hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again!"
