"The hotel itself was fine and convenient for our drive to southern France, however the dining was extremely limited and poor. We ate in the restaurant which was only serving a buffet. It was poor for kids meaning they barely ate anything for €30 each. My fiancée, myself and my 9 month baby were then extremely sick throughout the night likely from the chicken we tried. I informed the staff on check out and emailed the hotel management, yet have never received a response. An extremely disappointing experience from a usually reliable hotel chain. I will not use this hotel or chain again. "

"The door codes were not sent to Hotels.com so we had to ring “urgency” alarm to get hold of staff who then came from elsewhere to assist. Super friendly, but it took forever to get in."
