"As others have said the stairs were a killer - but it was so worth it for the amazing views (from two terraces). The property was huge and with loads of interesting features (including a canon and seagulls hanging from the ceiling). It was a fabulous place to just ‘be’ and spend time relaxing. There were a few bits in need to repair (including one of the banisters, which was very wobbly) but that’s a minor quibble in an otherwise lovely stay."

"We had the most wonderful stay at the Akanthos Villa. Our host, George, was welcoming, communicative, and kind; he made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The villa itself is very beautiful and quiet, located just a 5-minute walk from the main port. A charming and spacious historical home which was perfect for our family during our Easter holiday.
