"We booked this hotel because it was close to an activity we had planned. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool and going to the hot tub but the hot tub was closed and the door to the pool seemed to be broken. The receptionist tried to help us but couldn’t figure it out herself, she had to call maintenance which took a while to get there cutting into our pool time. Overall we were satisfied with the help we received but disappointed to not be able to get into the hot tub because it was dirty. "

"I loved my stay here. Cleanliness is super important to me and this hotel did not disappoint. Everything was super clean and quiet. Staff was really nice as well. I felt very welcomed. There's parking in the uncovered parking lot and it was free. I'm not sure if it's always free because I read somewhere that it costs money so just double check before you go. I loved everything about this hotel and I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to San Jose. "
