"Small issue with room but General Manager Lisa and front deak clerk Sandy came to the rescue and moved us to an amazing room with an amazing view of the Cape. It was a nice room with small kitchenette but a balcony looking over ocean was so amazing. Short wooden deck walk to water, have indoor pool, outdoor pool with bbq grills, picnic tables, shuffleboard, basketball/tennis court. Nice area because its not located in busy load part of ptown but only about 2 miles to the heart of ptown. Wife and i are already planning when to go back and stay at sandcastle resort. Again a huge shoutout to GM Lisa for making sure we were completely happy and Sandy for her warm welcoming every visit to front desk."

"Everything was great. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the bad was comfy, the fire pit was cozy. My only problem was the breakfast. It wasn’t really a breakfast but more like a snack. There were no hot options. Otherwise everything was great. "

"No hot tub, pool but we didn’t have time. Bed was comfortable, shower was great and hot, easy access to room with ample security. "

"Spa suite was awesome after we were changed from 603 (that had a generator outside the wall of the bedroom) to 604 (that had a serene view of the Zen garden), food was delicious but expensive, and staff was courteous. We were there off season, everything closed in the area, so nothing to do outside the hotel. "

"If there’s any way to work with the trucks that back up with their loud back up sounds- that would be good. I was working late the night before and was woken up by a truck backing up. I understand others have to get their work done by people are paying for a restful stay "

"We stayed off season. APRIL 3RD TO 5TH So no pool or hot tub was open. Breakfast menu was ok. Room was clean, quiet and had lots of privacy. Walking distance to commercial street and all the amenities. "
