"After a long travel day, I arrived at the Harbour line Hotel for my check-in. The staff was efficient and courteous. My room was spacious, welcoming, and clean. The bed and the pillows were comfortable which meant I got a good nights sleep. But best of all the nightly room rate through Expedia was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this hotel to a traveler visiting Rockland Maine."

"We arrived after a long drive to be met cheerily with Kai who had only recently started and another sullen member of staff. They forgot to put our gift card money to us. It was just after 3pm and we were hungry and thirsty so went to the restaurant, where we were told that the bar and restaurant were closed and we couldn't order any food or drink until 4pm. This was not a good start to our stay. However, the room was lovely with a stunning view over the sea/marina. The meal in the evening was good and Nicole our server was very friendly, helpful and efficient. So all in all a very mixed stay. With better training and management I'd have given this easily a 5*."

"Very lovely setting. The room was fine, bed comfortable and large. the bathroom was awful. The bathtub super slippery (although there were handles to hang on to to get in); the hot water was not hot enough and took forever to heat up, so did not use the cold water. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, and the bathtub as stated earlier could have been upgraded. Breakfast was not kept warm the first morning, but was fine the day after. As affordable as this motel is, the bathroom needs upgrading for all the above-mentioned reasons."
