"The motel had a good location for exploring the Cabot Trail and a convenient restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had plenty of space and was comfortable. While we usually don't need a refrigerator or microwave, they would have been convenient on this trip."

"very clean, owner was on site and made sure we had everything we needed. instruction for check-in was vague but simple once we got there. beautiful view and property was very modern and well kept. The only complaint was the water had a strong sulfur smell so made showering not that great. Close to town so that made it nice to go out and have supper at "le Gabriel" which was amazing and a small beach at the end of the road made it nice to walk."

"Really enjoyed staying at the Archie & Isidore! Location was convenient for our needs. Room was really nice, well decorated and clean. Great communication from the owners and welcome drinks and snacks was a great surprise. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the view of the water."

"The staff and owner were really great! We stayed for 2 nights and they helped us with getting kayaking ready. There are two issues we had, one was we didn’t realize how cold it gets at night (even in July). We stayed in an older plastic dome so it felt more like a tent. Make sure you bring winter PJs/extra layers. The other matter was outside of our control. The shower area drained towards the toilet so everything was wet after a shower. Aside from these two things everything else was amazing. I definitely want to come back but maybe stay in the hard domes with a kitchenette."
