"Very nice, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Very well located hotel. Tea coffee making facilities were not mentioned in the fact sheet so I was pleasantly surprised to have them in my room. Felt very comfortable in the hotel thanks to the staff. However the rooms are not soundproof enough. I could hear people talking next door sometimes. Also when the housemaid pushed the bed next door I could feel it in my back. Not a big issue given that the hotel is just fantastic"
