Hotel Festival Plaza Playas Rosarito
"The only problem we have with staying at this hotel is the club next door their music plays till 4 o'clock in the morning, so we don't get very much sleep also. They change the coupons for the patio before it was free breakfast. Now it's 40% off breakfast. And now you have to pay $10 for parking. ..."

"The hotel is old, walls are dirty and dingy. Fold out couch is so nasty looking. The staff are very nice but I was a little disappointed how old and dirty this place was. Window didnt have screen, theres no ac so its hard to keep window open because mosquitos come in and when you close window a bird ..."
