Sheraton Universal Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Nice very well maintained and clean motel! Helpful staff! Large room!"
The Biltmore Los Angeles
8/10 Good
"Great historic hotel in DTLA. Room was fine. The amenities were disappointing. Was looking forward to the indoor pool and sauna. The pool was cold and murky. The pool deck was tile, more slippery than ice. The sauna was luke warm at best. The main bar was great, love the architecture. If you have plans post check in get there early. It took a half hour to check in. Check out via text, so we didn't have to wait."
Holiday Inn Los Angeles - LAX Airport by IHG
8/10 Good
"I stayed for four nights, from September 1 to 5, 2026, in Room 800. I arrived at the airport early in the morning and took the hotel's complimentary shuttle; upon arrival, a room was already available, so I was able to check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help. Things were going very well up to that point, but the power outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. When I reported this to the front desk staff after returning in the evening, I was told that an engineer would come to inspect it the following morning and that I should simply wait until then; they assured me they would hand the matter over to the morning shift. However, no action was ever taken. I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms, so I ended up using the hair dryer in the bedroom instead. It was very inconvenient. That was the only issue; otherwise, I had a comfortable stay."
Hilton Los Angeles Airport
8/10 Good
"Breakfast/wait staff would be my only complaint as they do seem to prioritize those who did not opt to purchase the buffet option, as my second morning there I left my ticket on the table so I could remember where I was sitting amd the lady grabbed it whole I was gone and then asked for it when I got back to my table and I had to tell her that it was sitting on my table and she had taken it which luckily she found and then she did not offer coffee or come by to check on me at all. So, that is a bit disappointing. But, otherwise the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Also the hotel shuttle from the airport does take a bit of time to arrive so do consider that when making your travel plans."
Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport
8/10 Good
"Front desk is great, shuttle driver was excellent helping with the luggages and information, however the cafe closed way early than advertised 2pm even though I beg for a cup of coffee around 11:45am, they said a staff didn’t show up so they have to close, disappointed with that! But everything else was great!"
Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel
8/10 Good
"It was okay."
The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites, Los Angeles
10/10 Excellent
"Enjoyed our stay. The Westin is charming with a unique lobby layout. Very interesting to walk around. Restaurant, bar, gift shop are great!"
Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City
8/10 Good
"This was my first time staying here and if the prices were more reasonable we would stay here all the time if we go to universal studios. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower water pressure. Bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable."
