"The location, right next to the ocean, was delightful. Although the staff was friendly, we observed that the complimentary breakfast included slightly smaller glasses of juice and coffee for us, prompting us to request additional drinks each time. The hotel's surroundings were pleasant and easily walkable. We also took a boat tour of the area, which is highly recommended and well worth the time if you have the opportunity."

"Absolutely awful customer service. The owner tried to shake me down for $41 dollars in Costa Rica money even though I had already paid online by credit card. The she told me I had to check in at the sister property in playa Coco. It was hard enough to find this place. It too me a total of 1 hour to check on. Then there is no WiFi in the rooms, so I had to sit outside of the office just to get online. The best things were the cold AC, the proximity to the beach, and the free parking. I would give...
