"This was our first time at the resort and our trip was unforgettable. First and foremost, the staff and service we received was outstanding. The following employees made our stay exceptional: Rafi & "Nacho" team (Sonne Club); Patricia & Julissia (Rosato); Rosalio & Gume & Mariajose (Buffet); Fernando (Concierge) and Rico (the piano man). We came to the resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary and stayed for 2 weeks. We stayed at the penthouse room and we had amazing view of the ocean and the beach. We loved our Sonne Club experience from service to drinks and food -- simply phenomenal. Dining options were all great, but our favorite were Rosato (Italian), La Cevichería (Seafood), Chulavista (Buffet) and Sonne Club. We loved the location of the resort -- there are malls that are walking distance and it's close to the airport and also to Malecon. Overall, we had such a fantastic experience at Fiesta Americana that we will be coming back for years to come. Thank you Fiesta Americana for making our stay unforgettable. "
"The staff were very friendly and attentive! The rooms were spacious. The property felt very secure (they check who goes in and out of the gated property). My only complaint was the fact that the poolside restaurant has a dress code even during the day. My group was dressed for the pool and couldn’t get into the restaurant because one of the men in our group had a tank top on and sleeves are required to enter, but yet us women could enter with just bikini tops!? This didn’t make sense since it was daytime and the restaurant was by the pool. That explained why most people near the pool have to eat from the snack bar instead of the restaurant. "
