"Beautiful property with an extraordinary pool and amenities. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and there were lots of activities at the resort. The only drawback in my opinion was that the resort was somewhat isolated and it was a 25-30 minute drive to get to restaurants and shopping in Tamarindo. "

"The breakfast menus consisted of two choices. Both were fine for breakfast that was included. The property needs quite a bit of upkeep. The staff were very friendly. They close the gate around 4-5 pm and a security guard needs to open it for you, not a big inconvenience but just something to keep in mind. The hotel shuts down at 9 pm. "

"The pools and the ocean were excellent. The daily barbecue was also wonderful, as well as the staff. The decor and condition of the rooms ane terrrible - run down and broken. The food and other amenities are subpar. Heed this and the other reviews. "

"The area was amazing with a beautiful view. The hotel needs alot of updates. It advertised 2 restaurants, but only had one which was all buffet. We paid for a mini bar in our room. We only had it filled when we arrived and never again after that. We were told that it gets filled every other day, however that never happened. The drinks we did get we had to go ask for on our second day there. The staff was nice and the view was great. The hotel needs to add some restaurants. "

"Perfect place to unwind .. staff is great especially Bryan at the front desk !!
Third time here and I will again be back.
U can absolutely not go wrong wit the Wyndham .. hotel lobby and pool along with the view are enough to make u stay there and not leave for the beach.
They even did some renovations on the pool and all around common rooms downstairs and it really shows .
This is the ONE guys trust me .
