"The staff is great. They received us with a smile, lot of knowledge of the gist of the hotel and always very respectful. The place was clean and nice. The beds are not great but for a few days they are ok! "

"The room was pretty minimal with a desk, dresser with TV, small fridge and coffee maker. Sink was in the main room area and the toilet and shower in an enclosed bathroom. Beds were not the most comfortable and full size. Our room was near the stairwell that lead down to the restaurant/bar so it was pretty noisy until after 10pm (also went during spring break, so may have been extra noisy during the timeframe). Wasn’t much space for we clothes. No balcony for our room or chairs outside. One clothesline in the shower. There were some hangers in the closet. Great AC in the room and two small windows near it in the bathroom that could be opened to help air dry wet clothes. They provide beach chairs, towels, and umbrella which was a great amenity! You could walk out onto the beach and stay right there for swimming and relaxing. Waves are decent sized, so not appropriate for young children. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"No room phone connected, nobody to answer the phone when you call the lobby using google maps number and nobody at the front counter for over 20 min while i was trying to figure out if there was a timer or a button since the hot tub was the same temperature as the cold pool. Also they charge for basically everything to expect to spend an additional 80+ per person if you plan on having one meal and a couple drinks there. "

"Everything was good except I didn’t have hot water for at least 3 days out of the 4 I was there. Water was luke warm/cold which is kind of disappointing after doing excursions all day & wanting a nice hot shower"

"This place canceled my reservation a day prior check-in after it had been “confirmed” for over 1 month. They shouldn’t be listed nor associated with Expedia. If you must stay at their place call them directly."
