Kevin was a responsive host and helped us with the booking of a good catamaran tour. We liked the location of the property as it was close to areas with restaurants and beach clubs. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The downside of the location is the noise. The property is next to a bus station whose PA system can be heard inside the apartment. The building is also close to entertainment/bars that are loud late into the night. Finally, Kevin let me know that there is a limit to the electricity included in the room rate and that meant that we had to be judicious when we ran the water heater, the AC, and the washer/dryer. Overall, we liked it although we will look for a less noisy Playa option in the future.

So far one of the best condos we have stayed. Communication with host was a five ⭐ , very prompt to respond. Karen was amazing showing us around and Kevin great hosts. The condo was very clean and cozy. Location very convenient and walking distance to 5th avenue and the beach.
