Great stay

Our stay was great. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. We had some minor issues with the refrigerator that were promptly addressed.

We enjoyed our apartment that we stayed in, but there was construction the whole time with unreliable start and stop times (directly next to the pool). The concierge service was lovely and super helpful as well, but their hours seemed to fluctuate a bit. We had also asked them to push the two twin beds together into a king and arrived to two twins. Other than that, we really enjoyed the air conditioning, private balcony and rooftop hot tub, and the golf cart service to the Marena Beach Club on property. We felt very safe the whole time.

Brand new beautiful, quiet property on a golf course and near beach. No high pressure sales or relentless vendors nearby. Very serene, relaxing atmosphere. Great home base while discovering nearby ecological/historical sites, golfing, trips to the beach, etc. However, due to the newness, be aware there are no nearby restaurants. There is however a full size kitchen. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Need either own car or taxi service. Taxi service was quick and reliable usually arriving in 5 minutes or less once concierge made request.

Avoid is a scam, theres construction

The village at Corasol, managed by Lumina, Is a scam, the property is under construction, so you can’t use the pool, that is actually the only amenity actually available, the management is rude and keeps lying and we couldn’t move to another place the same price/category as is high season and most of the places we are used or we would be comfortable staying were booked. Avoid this place

Would stay there again!

The property was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Place was clean. Price was good. I would totally stay there again! A few things to know... CONS: Yard maintenance is done EARLY in the morning. Woke up every morning between 6-6:30 due to their blowers, mowers, etc. Can hear cars from the room. Though not many. Shower head in primary shower (I didn't use any of the other 2 showers) didn't have a powerful water flow. It was pleasant but I have long thick hair and it took a long time to get the shampoo out. We had to email to get the wifi. Would have been nice to have just had that in the apartment wanting for us. There is no tv in the common area. Only in the primary bedroom and we couldn't figure out how to get everything working so we ended up not using it. Some printed instructions would have been nice. There were no garbage bags or instructions on what to do with the garbage once the can was full. The safe in the primary closet was broken. We ended up using the one in one of the other rooms. The worst part of the stay was a funky smell that was only in the kitchen area of the apartment. It was like it was coming through the air vent in the kitchen. Thankfully it lingered there and didn't permeate the rest of the apartment. PROS: The house was nicely done and felt like home. The private hot tub was a plus although it wasn't filled with water until the 2nd day of our stay. We felt very safe and like that there was a concierge 24/7

Tuvimos una gran estancia, las indicaciones son claras y el depa comodo, solo hay un gran tema y es q en la zona de regadera utilizan frascos de vidrio para el shampoo , jabon y enjuage los cuales No estan fijos y es muy facil se resbalen!! Mi hijo tuvo un accidente serio al estar dentro de la regadera y se corto con los vidrios. Avise a al administracion y fueron hasta despues de 2 dias a realizar la limpieza. Creo q pueden mejorar en temas de seguridad.
